Floors that outlast the reasons people usually redo them
We grind, coat and seal garage floors, driveways, pool decks and walkways so they stop cracking, staining and wearing out. Local crews, real warranties, no surprises on the invoice.
One crew, every surface around your house
Every job starts the same way: we diamond-grind the old surface, fix the cracks that caused the problem in the first place, then build up a coating system rated for how you actually use the space.

Garage floor coatings
Full-broadcast flake and polyaspartic systems that shrug off hot tires, road salt and dropped tools. Hides stains instead of showing every one.

Driveways
Resin bound surfacing that drains water through itself, resists frost heave, and does not chip like stamped concrete does after a few winters.

Pool decks
A slip resistant, cool-underfoot coating built to handle chlorine splash-out and bare feet all summer without cracking or fading.

Walkways & steps
Textured, non-slip coatings for steps and paths, the spots where an icy morning or a wet shoe usually causes a fall.

Entryways & porches
The first thing guests step on. We resurface tired, spalling concrete so it looks intentional again, not patched.

Basements
Polished and metallic epoxy systems for below-grade slabs that regular paint won't stick to for long, built to handle a finished basement's daily use.

Walk the space with you
We measure, look for cracks or moisture issues, and talk through color and texture options based on how the space actually gets used.
Grind and repair the surface
Diamond grinding opens the concrete so the coating bonds instead of peeling later. Cracks and pits get filled before anything goes down.
Apply the coating system
Base coat, flake or aggregate broadcast, then a topcoat matched to the traffic the surface will see, garage, poolside or exterior steps.
Cure, walk-through, warranty
We stay off the surface for the required cure window, then walk it with you and hand over your written warranty paperwork.
Which flooring system fits your space
We don't sell one coating for every surface. Here's what actually goes into each system, and why homeowners pick one over another.

Rubaroc resin-bound surfacing
Rubaroc is a resin-bound system: natural stone aggregate is blended with a UV-stable resin off to the side, then hand-troweled directly over your existing prepped driveway, walkway or patio in a single permeable layer. Because it's poured in place rather than laid in interlocking pieces, it cures into one seamless surface with no joints for weeds, ants or water to work into. Most driveways are finished in a single day.
Why homeowners choose it
- Permeable by design, water drains straight through instead of pooling or running into the street
- Resists the frost heave and cracking that plagues poured concrete and asphalt through Midwest winters
- Slip resistant even when wet, without feeling rough underfoot
- Wide range of stone colors and blends to match your home's exterior
- UV-stable resin won't yellow or go chalky in direct sun
- Often installs directly over sound existing concrete or asphalt, cutting demo costs

Polished concrete
Polished concrete is ground with progressively finer diamond tooling, then treated with a penetrating densifier that hardens the slab from within. There's no coating sitting on top, so the shine comes from the concrete itself and won't peel, chip or wear through. How far we take the polishing determines the final sheen.
Gloss levels
A honed, low-sheen look with almost no reflection. Most slip resistant of the three and the most forgiving of everyday scuffs, a common choice for garages and utility rooms.
A soft, even glow that reflects light without a hard mirror effect. The most requested finish for basements and living spaces, balancing shine with practicality.
A mirror-like finish that reflects light and brightens a room. Striking in showrooms and finished basements with lower natural light, though it shows dust and footprints more readily and benefits from periodic burnishing to keep its shine.

Epoxy flake with polyaspartic topcoat
We start with an epoxy basecoat for maximum adhesion to the prepped slab, then fully broadcast decorative flake into the wet epoxy until the floor is saturated edge to edge. Once the flake locks in, we seal everything under a polyaspartic topcoat instead of a second epoxy coat. Polyaspartic cures in hours rather than days, so most garage floors are ready to walk on the next day and drive on within about 72 hours.
Why homeowners choose it
- Full flake broadcast hides dust, small debris and hairline imperfections in the slab
- Polyaspartic topcoat is UV stable, an epoxy topcoat alone will yellow in direct sunlight, polyaspartic won't
- Cures fast, most garages are ready for foot traffic the next day instead of waiting a week
- More resistant to hot tires, abrasion and chemicals than epoxy topcoats alone
- Broad color and flake blend options for matching your home's palette

Metallic epoxy coating
Metallic coatings use the same epoxy base as our flake systems, but instead of broadcasting flake, we blend metallic pigment powders into the epoxy and manipulate it while wet with brushes, blowers and tools. Moving the pigment through the resin creates swirling, three-dimensional patterns, like watching marbled ink move through water, that harden permanently into the floor. No two metallic floors ever come out exactly the same.
Why homeowners choose it
- One-of-a-kind, showroom-quality look that plain epoxy or paint can't replicate
- High-build epoxy base is just as durable as our standard garage systems
- Deep, glass-like gloss that dramatically brightens basements and finished spaces
- Fully seamless, no grout lines or seams for moisture or dirt to collect in
- Sealed topcoat available in matte, satin or gloss to fine-tune the final look
